Design Features

2、No leakage cable joint: sewage pump cable is easy to damage, resulting in sewage entering and burning motor. In view of this industry problem, our company specially developed the cable seal structure, even if the cable is damaged, the sewage will not leak into the motor and burn the motor, so that the pump operation is more safe and reliable.
3、Sealing: the shaft seal of the pump adopts two seals, a set of double end sealing, arranged in the oil chamber, to prevent sewage from entering the bearing, sealing material selection of hard alloy and high quality silicon carbide, with good corrosion prevention, leakage prevention, durable characteristics; Another set of seal of 11KW pump is arranged in sewage to prevent sewage from entering oil chamber. A set of sand control device is set in sewage of 7.5KW and below pump, which can effectively prevent sewage particles from entering the friction surface of machine seal and lead to seal failure. The double seal structure is a reliable guarantee for safe operation of water pump.
