Slurry medium with low abrasion and corrosion, the maximum volume concentration of conveying medium can reach 20%, the maximum weight concentration can reach 50%
Design features
The casing of pumps adopts the overall structure, the connection between the pump shell and the tail cover adopts the pressing plate, the pump shell does not need to process the wire hole, the pressing plate structure bears the extrusion pressure in the whole circumference direction, and the pump shell bears the reasonable force; In the outer wall of the pump shell additional reinforcement plate, to withstand the tension produced by the pipeline; The inlet and outlet of the pump adopt live flange structure to ensure the exchange of spare parts of the pump body; The reinforcement plate is designed in the machine seal cavity, which can effectively restrain the scour of the slurry stirred up by the impeller hub when it rotates. Adopt angular contact ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing combination, thin oil lubrication.
