Design features
1、Adopt the rear door type structure.
2、Dry oil lubrication and thin oil lubrication two ways. The normal configuration is thin oil lubrication. If the user needs dry oil lubrication, it should be indicated when ordering. Thin oil lubrication for large oil pool design, large heat capacity, can provide a good working environment for bearings. In order to ensure that the oil is compensated in time after consumption, a constant position oil cup is designed on the bearing body to compensate the lubricating oil online, so that the loss of lubricating oil can be replenish automatically in time.
3、Mechanical seal and packing seal. According to the different medium, there are a variety of sealing configuration, packing seal can be used, can also be used mechanical seal, mechanical seal can be configured: single end sealing - self punching, external punching; Double end face series sealing -- self-punching, external punching; Double face parallel seal -- provides different pressure measures; Containerized seal, etc.
4、The pump suction inlet is set to prevent the elimination of the pre-rotation device, improve the suction conditions of the pumps, can eliminate the small flow point of the secondary backflow and vortex on the pump performance.
